Beginning this coming Monday - SYI will be offering zazen meditation & transformational video teachings which will strengthen, nourish, and accelerate the unfolding of your divine infinite potential. For the upcoming three weeks, our Monday evening classes (7pm) will begin with a 40-minute silent meditation followed by an inspiring yogic video documentary.
